SHAWN HOGAN IGNORING / BANNING CUSTOMERS

Well, I guess paying thousands of dollars for OptiGold software wasnt enough to include occasional tech support. In light of this, I opted to DIGG the fact that Shawn Hogan of DigitalPoint Solutions is routinely ignoring customers while continuing to post on his own forum. I hoped to spark nothing more than a simple comment on why customers were being ignored.

Long story short, this morning I click my bookmark to go to DigitalPoint Forums, where I have offered assistance to other OptiGold users (basically troubleshooting to the best of my ability). Anyhow, I was greeted with this lovely ban!



My only comment to this ban is as follows: Shawn, would your mother approve of how you take peoples money and then ban them when they ask for occasional support? I have 1200+ posts and nearly 3 rep bars. I dont spam. I contacted those involved in the thread and informed them that the particular Digg in question may interest them.
